**Position Summary**

As a part of the Regional Center of Competence, you will play a role in a high performing virtual team, who are responsible for sharing the uniqueness of the people that make up Nestlé and their inspiring stories through our digital channels
**.**

**A Day in the Life of a Digital Marketing Content Designer**
- Closely engage with multiple stakeholders and their requirements, across several countries, quickly and efficiently
- Design creative and visual assets for digital channels (graphics, videos, etc)
- Visually support Digital Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding strategies for Nestlé entities across Zone Europe
- Plan, create & activate talent attraction campaigns across key channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance to generate insights that enable future improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Talent Acquisition teams) to identify and propose creative recruitment marketing solutions

**What will make you successful**
- Passionate about digital content design for key digital channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
- Proven experience with Adobe Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects)
- A desire to try new things, to disrupt, to succeed as well as fail, but always learn and evolve
- Able to work in an international virtual team (with strong stakeholder management skills), both independently and as a team
- A customer-oriented approach will be essential to forge and upkeep key relationships with our stakeholders
- Experienced in recruitment/talent attraction advertising/marketing (would be a plus)
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal), or any other language of the region would be a plus
