Per il nostro team **Advertising Management** stiamo cercando una o un **Digital Strategy Coordinator** che dovrà occuparsi di:

- gestione della relazione con i clienti e con i prospect;
- integrazione delle competenze verticali del team con gli altri hub di openknowledge per lo sviluppo di progettualità e proposte;
- supervisione di progetti e proposte di digital advertising, content strategy, social media strategy e management, digital experience in coordinamento con team multi-disciplinari;
- definizione e pianificazione strategica relativa a campagne sui canali media;
- monitoring e analisi delle performance per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi, realizzazione di reportistiche;
- condivisione delle strategie e dei risultati con il cliente, gestione delle aspettative e delle problematiche che possono emergere durante la delivery;
- realizzazione di presentazioni, media plan e forecast di supporto alla rete vendita in fase presales e post sales;
- gestione del team e sviluppo delle competenze.

**Competenze richieste**:

- laurea e/o master in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Management o Comunicazione;
- esperienza mínima di 4/5 anni in digital advertising;
- esperienza su progetti a livello nazionale e internazionale in: Digital strategy & communication, Branding strategy e/o Digital customer experience;
- esperienza nel coordinamento della redazione di documenti di proposta/gara negli ambiti sopra descritti, inclusa la definizione degli economics;
- competenze di Client Management (esperienze in ambito di consulenza sono da considerarsi un plus);
- creatività, proattività e con un’innata passione per il mondo digitale;
- competenze di web marketing a 360°;
- conoscenza delle piattaforme GAds, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Amazon Ads;
- conoscenza di Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager e sistemi di tracking;
- conoscenza dei principi base della CRO;
- proficiency in Microsoft office suite (in particolare Excel e Power Point);
- conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2).
