- 1 anno di esperienza in un ambiente di vendita al dettaglio
- Personalità estroversa con eccellenti capacità di comunicazione
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua locale e/o dell'inglese
- Dimostrate doti di collaborazione e capacità di lavorare bene all'interno di un team
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dal ritmo serrato
- Capacità di lavorare con orari flessibili

**Purpose of Role**:
Il Supervisore del negozio contribuisce al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di redditività e dei KPI del punto vendita fornendo un servizio clienti in linea con il modello di servizio di UA e assicurando l'eccellenza operativa. Il Supervisore del negozio funge da coach e mentore per gli altri teammate con un ambito di responsabilità definito. Questa figura svolge anche il ruolo di responsabile/punto di riferimento in assenza dell'Assistente direttore di negozio e potrebbe avere mansioni di chiusura e apertura del punto vendita.

**Vendite e approccio omni-channel**
- Supporta il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e dei KPI a livello retail/omni-channel
- Fornisce ai clienti informazioni dettagliate su un'ampia gamma di prodotti

**Immagine del marchio ed esperienza del cliente**
- Supporta la formazione dei teammate per realizzare la cultura del servizio/della vendita che contraddistingue Under Armour
- Utilizza competenze funzionali avanzate per promuovere le vendite e la fidelizzazione dei clienti nell'area di responsabilità designate

**Operazioni di vendita al dettaglio**
- Forma e guida i teammate nello svolgimento delle operazioni quotidiane, in linea con i processi e le politiche di UA
- Collabora con la direzione del negozio per mantenere gli standard relativi alla merce e agli allestimenti.
- Rispetta le politiche di prevenzione delle perdite e informa la direzione di qualsiasi attività insolita, interna o esterna
- Sostituisce il Responsabile del magazzino in assenza di quest'ultimo
- Comunica immediatamente alla direzione incidenti/infortuni occorsi ai teammate

**Collaborazione con la direzione e il team**
- Comunica chiaramente priorità, obiettivi di vendita e KPI ai teammate di vendita per raggiungere i risultati sperati
