Staff spa - Agenzia per il lavoro seleziona per Azienda cliente 1 figura di:
HR Talent Acquisition & Operation che dovrà garantire la corretta gestionedei processi di reclutamento e le attività amministrative legate alla gestione dei dipendenti e di tutti gli aspetti legati alla Salute e Sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro.
PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA' DA SVOLGERE:
Predisporre annunci per profili standard ricercati;
Effettuare colloqui individuali periodici per assunzione del personale provvedendo alla realizzazione di una scheda di valutazione;
Creare il data base dei c.v. e schede di valutazione dei dipendenti della Gaming hall sul software HRM;
Gestire i processi e le attività di Induction e On-boarding per il nuovo personale (logística, dotazioni, formazione in inserimento, visite mediche pre-assuntive);
Organizzare la partecipazione della Società agli eventi di Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition (career days, talent days, etc.);
Programmare le attività relative agli obblighi di sorveglianza sanitaria art. 25 e 41 D.Lgs. 81/08;
Elaborare una reportistica mensile ad hoc a supporto;
Gestire gli adempimenti amministrativi relativi all'instaurazione di un rapporto di lavoro;
Gestire l'analisi delle esigenze di nuovo personale attraverso il monitoraggio delle scadenze contrattuali;
Gestire la conservazione e archiviazione della documentazione del personale dipendente;
Effettuare il monitoraggio dei dati e dei report prodotti dal sistema HRM, garantendo la corretta gestione documentale nel rispetto degli standard previsti dalla normativa edalle policy aziendali.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
Laurea in Sociologia, Economia o Giurisprudenza;
Esperienza di circa 2-3 anni in analoga mansione, maturata in contesti dinamici e strutturati;
E' valutato positivamente l'aver conseguito un titolo Master in Risorse Umane;
Capacità di relazionarsi con gruppi di lavoro;
Capacità di utilizzo dei principali canali di recruiting (canali di job posting, ATS..);
- Capacità di elaborare reportistiche periodiche per clienti interni ed esterni;
Capacità di gestione degli adempimenti amministrativi relativi all'instaurazione di un rapporto di lavoro con relativa archiviazione della documentazione relativa al rapporto di lavoro (assunzioni, proroghe, cessazioni);
Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e dei Social Network;
Buona dimestichezza nell'uso di gestionali HR, query, reportistica.

Flessibilità, Precisione e riservatezza, Predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali, Passione e attitudine per te tematiche HR.

Tipologia di assunzione:
Inquadramento al 4 livello base del Commercio; Il periodo di assunzione iniziale sarà oggetto di valutazione in fase di colloquio e parimetrato in base all'effettiva esperienza maturata sul campo.
