**Per Player Leader a livello globale in ambito Aerospace e defence, nell'assemblaggio meccanico e nell'integrazione di sistemi e sottosistemi satellitari, ricerchiamo un AIT Mechanical Operations **:L'Ingegnere di Integrazione Meccanica ha il focus su assemblaggio meccanico e l'integrazione dell'hardware di volo di satelliti e carichi utili, installazione di cablaggi DC e RF e l'installazione di sensori meccanici/termici
esegue la configurazione meccanica (cavo CC, cavo RF, guida d'onda RF, carichi RF) per supportare la fase di integrazione elettrica, è responsabile dell'uso e della manutenzione delle apparecchiature meccaniche di supporto a terra (MGSE)
Task
- Fornire commenti sulla configurazione H/W del volo rispetto all'accessibilità e al flusso di integrazione, fornendo l'identificazione dei potenziali vincoli di cui tenere conto.
- Fornire input ad altri documenti correlati (ad esempio elementi di lavoro, PVS, NCR, ecc.).
- Supportare la fase di progettazione in ingegneria simultanea con l'autorità di progettazione per preparare le complesse procedure di integrazione meccanica (ad esempio: integrazione e implementazione di meccanismi, interconnessione di controllo termico attivo, assemblaggio di apparecchiature, movimentazione MGSE, ecc.).
- Fornire commenti sulla configurazione H/W di volo rispetto all'accessibilità e al flusso di integrazione, fornendo l'identificazione dei potenziali vincoli di cui tenere conto per la fase di industrializzazione.
- Scrivere le procedure di integrazione meccanica per eseguire l'AIT di apparecchiature, sottosistemi e sistemi
- Preparare le complesse procedure di integrazione meccanica (ad esempio: integrazione e implementazione di meccanismi, interconnessione di controllo termico attivo, movimentazione, ecc.).
- Eseguire in autonomia operazioni di Integrazione Meccanica, test e movimentazione.
- Essere conduttore delle prove operative.
- Esecuzione di Processi Tecnologici AIT (Incollaggio, Crimpatura, Avvolgimento, Riparazione Specchi, Bonding, Cavo Coassiale RF.)
- Supportare il reparto Logistica e Qualità (entrata, spedizione, imballaggio, ispezione).
- Utilizzare MRP/SAP per la preparazione delle attività e il Kitting.
- Utilizzare il MES per l'esecuzione e il reporting.
Competenze, esperienze e qualifiche richieste: - Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o titolo equivalente - Conoscenza dell'architettura e dei requisiti meccanici del progetto di un veicolo spaziale, inclusi sistema/sottosistema e componenti. - Esperienza nei processi di integrazione meccanica AIT quali: crimpatura, saldatura, incollaggio, dispositivi pirotecnici, - Esperienza nell'uso di strumenti Elettrici da laboratorio (Milliohmetro, Multimetro, Celle di carico, Megaohmetro, Ohmetro di sicurezza, Oscilloscopio). - Esperienza nell'assemblaggio e nell'integrazione meccanica (incluso cablaggio e configurazione DC-RF) - Esperienza nella gestione delle operazioni utilizzando MGSE - Certificazione di crimpatura: ESA ECSS-Q-ST-70-26C - Certificazione di saldatura: ESA ECSS-Q-ST-70-08 - Gruppo cavo coassiale: ESA ECSS-Q-ST-70-18 - Certificazione di gestione dell'imbracatura NASA -STD-8739.4 - Certificazione per la gestione di prodotti chimici e gas: EA9321, EA9309, EC2216, ECCOBOND 56C, DC93500, HV998/AV138M1, IPA, ACETONE, azoto - Certificazione utilizzo gru - Certificazione Cherry Picker - Applicazione PC in ambiente MS Windows, CATIA, CATIA Composer, SAP MRP. - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata - Disponibilità a lavorare su doppi o tripli turni - Disponibilità a lavorare durante i periodi festivi - Disponibilità a lavorare nei fine settimana - Disponibilità a lavorare all'estero per lunghi periodi
