Per azienda cliente, leader nelle licenze nel settore VTC siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire con il ruolo di Fleet Manager.
**Responsibilities**
- Gestione delle esigenze (numero di conducenti richiesti nella vostra flotta).
- Immatricolazione e assegnazione di turno e veicolo a nuove incorporazioni.
- Controllo dei veicoli appartenenti alla vostra flotta (attivi/incidente/officina).
- Analisi settimanale della flotta: revisione performance flotta, fatturazione, orari, cancellazione, accettazione.
- Creazione di gruppi di co-turni e gestione della loro vitalità.
- Servizio autisti (in presenza o online): risoluzione dei problemi, cambio veicolo, richieste di cambio turno, ferie, firma documenti, domande ferie, rapporti sulle prestazioni, penalità, ecc.
- Invio comunicazioni all'autista: informazioni rilevanti legate alla fornitura del servizio.
- Elaborazione delle richieste dei conducenti: cambio di ferie, ferie, ferie pendenti, giorni di compensazione, trasloco, ecc.
- Richiesta e invio di informazioni ad altri dipartimenti dell'azienda: segnalazioni al traffico, monitoraggio HORUS/Webfleet, sanzioni, Non supera il periodo di prova (NSPP).
- Gestire gli appuntamenti in officina e manutenzione.
- Riporta i risultati della tua gestione al tuo supervisore immediato.
- Rispettare le linee guida e i processi stabiliti nell’organizzazione.
- Garantire il rispetto delle politiche di prevenzione e dei rischi associati alla propria area.
- Coordinamento delle incorporazioni di nuovi driver.
- Assegnazione delle flotte ai gestori preposti.
- Monitoraggio del lavoro svolto dai responsabili operativi.
- Controllo dei KPI del personale preposto.
- Consigli da parte del personale preposto.
- Redazione di rapporti sull'attività operativa della base preposta.
- Registra l'inizio e la fine del servizio degli autisti.
- Rispondi alle domande del conducente relative all'aggiornamento o agli incidenti delle applicazioni o del veicolo base.
- Bancomat, strutture, ecc.
- Controllare i veicoli sul campo e alla fine della giornata dell'autista (pulizia, carburante, ecc.).
- Controllare la pulizia e l'ordine della base (considerare il parcheggio nei luoghi stabiliti)
- Assistenza remota agli autisti.
