As **Repair & Maintenance Attendant **you will ensure that the engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance, are working properly and accordingly to the hotels operating standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Promptly addressing inquiries across departments.
- Executing maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, A/C) while prioritizing safety through proper PPE usage.
- Collaborating with Housekeeping to efficiently prioritize maintenance assignments.
- Implementing planned preventive maintenance programs, aligning with property needs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with external contractors.
- Adhering to Safety regulations, especially in storing hazardous substances.
Exceed expectations revealing:
- A rich history in hotel operations, showcasing your in-depth industry knowledge.
- Proficient electrician skills and technical qualifications.
- Plumbing expertise and qualifications will be considered a plus.
- A flexible commitment to work in different shifts: weekends, holidays, and rotational night schedules.
- A proven knack for proactive problem-solving and the finesse to handle complaints flawlessly.
- A profound dedication to delivering top-tier customer service.
- Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
- Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks.
