HR PLANNING & CONTROLLING (JOB NUMBER: GRU623)

Per la nostra direzione Generale ricerchiamo un/una:
**Hr Planning & Controlling**
La risorsa gestirà i processi core del perimetro Hr Planning&Controlling con particolare riferimento al processo di compensation e al monitoraggio strutturato degli Fte’s, all’interno della Direzione HR, finalizzato ad assicurare il controllo degli organici e dei costi legati al personale.

Nello specifico, i si occuperà di:

- Monitorare l’evoluzione dell’organico (gestione FTE’s), supportando e garantendo un presidio sul processo di raggiungimento del Piano Organici, nel rispetto dei criteri di budget definiti dalla Direzione e condivisi con la Corporate;
- Guidare la raccolta dati e la redazione del BDG e FCST relativo agli FTEs ed ai costi del personale
- Garantire con cadenza mensile la stesura di report di monitoraggio del personale per singola Direzione con analisi degli scostamenti
- Gestire il processo di Compensation, collaborando con la funzione People Engagement per l’output da comunicare alle direzioni
- Aggiornare con cadenza mensile la piena coerenza degli organigrammi aziendali
- Supportare nella raccolta delle informazioni ed invio all’ODV dei report trimestrali e semestrali delle direzioni
- Analizzare i dati necessari all’avvio del processo di indagine di clima aziendale (Arval Pulse)
- Gestire il processo di comunicazione relativo all’indagine di clima
- Analizzare i risultati e monitorare e consuntiva le azioni intraprese a livello aziendale post survey
- Effettuare mensilmente il controllo sul pagamento dei piani di incentivazione variabile assegnati alle direzioni
- Svolgere attività di reporting on demand a supporto delle varie direzioni

È richiesta una ottima conoscenza di Excel, buone capacità analitiche, di flessibilità e di rispetto delle Deadline.

Si offre un contratto a tempo determinato con condizioni di inserimento commisurare all’esperienza maturata.

Sede: Assago (MI) o Scandicci (FI).
