**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura che, inserita nella direzione commerciale, promuova e fornisca dimostrazioni pratiche relative all’utilizzo ottimale dei prodotti core della divisione Ingredients (cioccolato di copertura, cacao, creme, decorazioni) presso i clienti, fornendo formazione técnica e supporto per migliorare le loro creazioni dolciarie.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Collaborare con i team Sales e Marketing per sviluppare e preparare demo, includendo la definizione delle ricette e la creazione delle presentazioni
- Coordinare le dimostrazioni in fiera, inclusi il temperaggio e altre tecniche, rappresentando l'azienda durante vari eventi, e organizzare attività formative e dimostrative presso scuole professionali e laboratori esterni e presso i clienti
- Approfondire le tendenze emergenti e le innovazioni del settore supportando lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti
- Progettare i ricettari tematici per offrire soluzioni innovative che rispondano alle esigenze specifiche dei clienti Collaborare con l’ufficio marketing e assistere nella realizzazione di shooting fotografici per ricette destinate ai contenuti social e supportare l’ufficio R&D nei test di prodotto

**Requisiti**:

- Pluriennale esperienza come pasticcere, in pasticceria o come tecnico dimostratore in aziende del settore alimentare
- Competenze in pasticceria e cioccolateria, inclusa la capacità di preparare e presentare ricette complesse
- Conoscenza adeguata della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere considerata un plus
