iCard is a leading fintech company with over 1,65 million European customers, providing digital payment solutions. We are looking for an experienced, innovative Sales Representative for market Italy to join our company at an exciting moment in its history. We have recently celebrated our 15th anniversary in the fintech business, which heralds a significant period of growth, innovations and change.
That is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven person to take a leadership role in a high-performance, modern company and handle the execution of sales strategies and market penetration plans in Italy.
As a Sales Representative, your task will be to lead all sales activities and manage local strategic partnerships. You will identify new high-potential leads for iCard’s issuing, acquiring and e-money business. Your responsibilities start from initial outreach, initializing business negotiations and supporting the onboarding process until the final deal closing, contract signing and go live stage. You will be a point of contact and lead our Italian clients and partners through our joint projects to ensure a seamless experience, timely escalation of any issues and longstanding, successful relationships.
**Roles/Responsibilities**:
- Take ownership of strategic sales activities on the Italian market. Establish and e**xecute a master sales plan for achieving sales goals for iCard’s B2B solutions: iCard Direct (Acquiring services), API Card (Issuing services) and iCard for Business (E-money payment solutions)**.
- Build solid knowledge about the products you will sell and the company.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to new high-value customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to identify correctly their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships.
- Outreach leads through cold calling, mailing, organizing business meetings, visiting events and any other appropriate communication channel.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Accomplish your sales goals within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with the headquarters team and never act independently.
- Analyze the market’s potential and identify new potential market verticals.
- Prepare detailed sales reports on sales results.
- Prepare profound analyses of market needs, competitive environment, and customer feedback.
- Follow industry best practices, the highest business communication standards and ethics.
**Required skills**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Sales experience in the issuing business and the acquiring business will be considered a strong advantage
- Excellent commercial and analytical skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a clear concept of sales strategy and business results
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Professional selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills
