We are now seeking for a highly motivated **Sales Development Representative Specialist **to join us in Milan.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to create and execute outbound lead generation campaigns and events, as well as manage inbound leads and inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of Mia-Platform's products and services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients
- Qualify and prioritize inbound leads and inquiries, and follow up with potential clients in a timely manner
- Manage and update the company's CRM system to ensure accurate data and effective lead management
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
- Work with the marketing team to create and implement lead generation campaigns and events
- Track and report on sales metrics and provide feedback to the company's management team
