For our HUB Europe Marketing and Sales Management team, understanding the trends in our markets and supporting the electrification of the society is highly rewarding. In addition, helping customers all over the world to improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose. Working within the HUB Europe, you will manage a team of Product Marketing Managers who drive pre-sales initiatives, support customers to choose most optimal solutions, implement global strategies in coordination with our Global Product Groups and our sales teams in the European market and provide input on market trends and requirements for future development. This role reports to the HUB Europe Marketing & Sales Manager. For this position we are looking for a leader who is an excellent team player and able to walk the talk. You are willing to dive into day-to-day activities when it is needed, and not be afraid to take calculated risks and push for finding new ways of supporting our customers, partners and team members around Europe.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will coordinate, prioritize and drive the pre-sales activities that the different PMMs have to perform.
- You will organize and drive competence development tasks for the Product Marketing Managers, support customers in the development of their competences in High Voltage products.
- Coaching and ensuring that initiatives are implemented in harmony is also part of your tasks.
- Furthermore you will ensure a good interphase between the different regions and Global Product Groups in the coordination of the product initiatives.
- You will drive planning and follow-up of pre-sales actions with customers and support Global Product Groups in implementation of actions.
- You will ensure that actions taken coincide and are approved in accordance with prevailing policies and instructions.
- You will have direct involvement for whole portfolio of new products, i.e. excluding Service.
- Additionally you will drive the actions for Renewable segment.

Your background
- University degree - Preferably in electrical power engineering or marketing.
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years work experience with High Voltage products.
- Interest in international business.
- Understanding of customers and sales channels.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 10 - 15%
