The **Clinical IT Specialist** for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, developing, implementing all the activities related to the Clinical IT solutions.

This position is part of the **WITs team** located in **Italy** and will be** fully remote**. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the _Clinical IT team_ and report to the _Clinical IT Manager_ responsible for coordinating both upstream (the product) and downstream (the go to market) sales, marketing, project management areas and consulting post-sales support for the Beckman Coulter Clinical IT portfolio. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Implement the Clinical IT solutions, ensuring that they reflect what is expected in the design phase, within the expected time and modes.
- Ensure careful and accurate control of the project and be accountable for the project's documentation and reporting.
- Manage any issues that may arise during the project's implementation and identify the corrective actions necessary to complete it in the required timeline.
- Build and preserve relationships with customers through constant follow-up to understand their needs and meet them through the adoption of targeted solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted consultant for the costumers for the Clinical IT solutions. Sharing new ideas on possible improvements and developments for Clinical-IT products.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Degree in Biomedical engineering or equivalent
- At least 3-years experience in IT solutions for IVD market (e.g. Lab. Middleware, LIS, etc.)
- Customer’s communication and listening attitude
- Fluency in Italian & English
- Ability to work flexible hours as business needs, available to travel 50%-70% of the time.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Networking, Virtual Environments and Operating Systems knowledge
