If you are looking for a versatile role with lots of responsibilities in Operations, this job is for you You will be end-responsible for our food delivery operations in the north-east of Italy. This means leading a team, connecting with the partner restaurants, checking te city KPIs and taking strategic decisions to grow and improve the business in your area.

**Your job**
- Managing overall the operations in your cities
- Making sure daily tasks run smoothly by managing the shift-responsible team members
- Planning ahead in order to grow and improve the food delivery operations in your city
- Ensuring the city complies with company policies, procedures, rules and regulations and all applicable laws
- Overseeing the development and measurement of the city KPIs and drawing conclusions for strategic decisions
- Collaborating closely with HR, Business Planner, Continuous Improvement Specialists and Support teams
- Close working relationships with Sales, Disposition and Customer Service to ensure high Service Quality for Partner Restaurants
- Managing and building relationships with our partner restaurants and helping in resolving their questions in regards to deliveries

**Your profile**
- Completed vocational training with working experience and/ or university degree
- 3-4 years of work experience in Operations
- Previous experience in team management
- (Near-) native level of Italian and fluency in English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical mindset - you are good with analytics, numbers and slides and have the ability to translate numbers into actions in our food delivery
- High level of service orientation
- Willingness to keep an eye on your phone and jump in when needed in evenings and weekends
