Per sostenere lo sviluppo dell'azienda, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel **Team Governance & Regulatory** all’interno dell’Area Organization di Cherry Bank S.p.A.

**Requisiti**:
**Di cosa ti occuperai**
- Valutazione delle proposte di esternalizzazione, relativa manutenzione del registro esternalizzazioni e presidio dell’intero processo coordinando le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte;
- Gestire e manutenere la tassonomia dei processi della Banca;
- Redigere/aggiornare la normativa interna della Banca (organigramma, funzionigramma, policy, regolamenti) coordinandosi con le funzioni competenti e sottoponendola all’esame degli Organi aziendali;
- Coordinare l’attività di dimensionamento delle strutture aziendali anche definendo e monitorando un sistema di indicatori per la determinazione dei fabbisogni degli organici;
- Esaminare gli impatti organizzativi e procedurali delle variazioni del quadro normativo di riferimento;
- Predisporre reportistica periodica da sottoporre agli Organi Sociali (Comitati, OdV 231/01, Collegio Sindacale, CdA).

**Cosa chiediamo**
- Laurea in discipline economico/finanziarie/giuridiche;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in posizione analoga o ruoli simili;
- Conoscenza approfondita di uno o più ambiti normativi rilevanti per il settore bancario, in particolare in materia di Corporate governance, Controlli interni, D.Lgs. 231/01, Esternalizzazione di funzioni aziendali, Parti correlate/soggetti collegati;
- Buona capacità di lettura e interpretazione della normativa bancaria;
- Proattività e ottima predisposizione per lo studio e l’aggiornamento continuo;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (excel, word, power point).

**Nice to have**
- Gradita esperienza pregressa nel settore bancario/finanziario o in primarie società di consulenza;
- Curiosità, adattabilità e flessibilità;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
- Orientamento al risultato;
- Approccio critico ed improntato al problem solving;
- Pianificazione, programmazione del lavoro e gestione del tempo.
