**FH55 Hotels - ricerca Booking Agent per Team Ufficio Prenotazioni Gruppi**

**Principali compiti e responsabilità**:

- Gestire le prenotazioni gruppi in maniera efficace, dal punto di vista economico, della qualità, della tempistica della risposta seguendo le direttive aziendali.
- Gestione attenta ed accurata delle richieste pervenute in azienda in linea con le direttive aziendali nell’ottica della redditività aziendale.
- Organizzare Site Inspection e definire i termini del contratto in linea con le direttive aziendali, pianificando il soggiorno nei suoi aspetti operativi e predisponendo relativo ordine di servizio;
- Lavorare in tutte le aree dei servizi di prenotazioni gruppi, gestendo clienti, comunicazioni verso collaboratori interni e partnership con fornitori esterni;
- Seguire le procedure di gestione amministrativa per la registrazione delle caparre e dei pagamenti; fino alla fattura finale solo per Special Group;
- Gestione e controllo delle prenotazioni nel PMS Protel (non limitato a: inserimento/modifica/cancellazione/caricamento contratti ecc).
- Elaborazione report statistici periodici

**Principali requisiti**:

- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese e dell'italiano sia scritto che parlato, la conoscenza di un'altra
lingua è un plus;
- Domicilio: Firenze e Provincia;
- Esperienza pregressa in ufficio prenotazioni gruppi: almeno 3 anni;
- Eccellenti capacità di vendita e negoziazione;
- Gradita conoscenza del PMS Protel
- Capacità di lavorare in sinergia con il team e con tutti i dipartimenti aziendali;
- Problem solving e capacità decisionali;
- Capacità di gestione del tempo e organizzazione.
- Buona conoscenza pacchetto office con particolare attenzione ad excel
- Gradita conoscenza Blastness

Lavoro da Lunedì a Sabato su turni diurni, orario continuato, con 2 giorni di riposo a settimana.
