About the Role:
The Attorney Support Specialist (Secretary) is an integral part of Latham’s Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow).This role will be located in our Milan office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information
- Working closely with the accounting team to generate, edit, and post client invoices

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
- Possess the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Display the ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, handle multiple deadlines, and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms

And have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
- Relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent, and a Bachelor's degree (preferred)
