IL PERCORSO

Sarai inserito all’interno del team internazionale Piattaforma Qualità, direzione Offerta, con la responsabilità di coordinare attività inerenti al post vendita e alla non conformità prodotto.

RESPONSABILITA’
- Coordinerai e svilupperai processi volti all’implementazione di azioni per aumentare il tasso di riparazione dei prodotti
- Svilupperai nuove reti di Centri Assistenza per i clienti
- Svilupperai nuove soluzioni per la definizione di accordi Post Vendita
- Supporterai la gestione dei processi di Non Conformità prodotto
- Monitorerai i KPI della gestione delle non conformità e Post Vendita
Collaborerai in modo costante con la Business Unit Leroy Merlin Grecia

QUALIFICHE E COMPETENZE
- Preferenziale Laurea in economia o percorsi equivalenti
- Esperienza maturata in attività di gestione Post Vendita/Processi Qualità
- Digital mindset e buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici (in particolare Excel/Fogli Google)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- Problem solving
- Buone doti organizzative e precisione
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
- Dinamicità e proattività
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale e internazionale
