Per azienda operante nel settore della consulenza in ambito HR, stiamo ricercando il/la Manager della divisione Recruitment Solutions.
**Responsibilities**

La persona, a diretto riporto del CEO, sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e consolidamento della divisione specializzata, garantendo il raggiungimento dei risultati della struttura e coordinando un team di lavoro di 4 unità (1 business developer e 3 recruiters).

Le principali responsabilità saranno:

- Posizionare il brand sul segmento del recruitment qualificato di profili specialistici e manageriali;
- Consolidare la storica presenza nel settore Consumer Goods in ambito Sales&Marketing;
- Definire il budget di divisione ed il piano d'azione per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi concordati con il Management;
- Effettuare attività di sviluppo e prospezione commerciale per generare nuove opportunità di collaborazione;
- Gestire i progetti di recruitment (figure manageriali) a maggior valore aggiunto per l'organizzazione;
- Coordinare e programmare la corretta gestione dei carichi di lavoro del team di delivery;
- Ottimizzare e migliorare i processi di sviluppo commerciale e di gestione della delivery attraverso l'implementazione di nuove metodologie di lavoro;
- Rappresentare l'azienda ad eventi Corporate e/o Career Days;

**Your Profile**

La persona ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea in discipline umanistiche o scientifiche;
- Esperienza di almeno 7 anni nel settore della ricerca e selezione del personale, preferibilmente con provenienza dal recruiting qualificato;
- Aver gestito un team di risorse;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Utilizzo di strumenti informatici (i.e. Pacchetto Office, ATS ed ERP aziendali)

L'offerta economica e retributiva sarà commisurata all'effettiva esperienza ed alle aspettative salariali della persona selezionata.

Sede di lavoro: Pescara (con disponibilità a trasferte a livello nazionale)
