Nel ruolo di Shopper Marketing Support lavorerai all'interno del team Shopper Marketing, fornendo supporto nelle seguenti attività:
- Sviluppare il business plan della categoria e dei prodotti, implementando le attività promozionali a livello dei clienti.
- Gestire il piano commerciale dei clienti: definizione degli obiettivi annuali e del budget, tenendo costantemente sotto controllo i KPI finanziari dei clienti.
- Definire le priorità delle gamme di prodotti per ogni canale di vendita e proporre azioni specifiche per ogni cliente
- Eseguire il calendario di attivazione annuale per sostenere la redditività dei clienti, proponendo azioni correttive se necessario.
- Collaborare con il team di marketing per sviluppare la strategia di innovazione e il lancio dei prodotti NPD; definire gli obiettivi di distribuzione e i piani di attivazione per i clienti.
- Supportare costantemente il team di vendita e fornire tutte le informazioni e i dati rilevanti (compresi i dati di mercato e di distribuzione, la gamma di prodotti, ecc...) per garantire la migliore negoziazione possibile con i clienti.
Qualifiche
Per avere successo in questo ruolo, è necessario avere:
- Laurea specialistica in Economia Aziendale
- Buone competenze in Microsoft Office, in particolare ottima conoscenza di Excel (la conoscenza di BW/BI è un plus)
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese
- Essere in grado di lavorare a stretto contatto con i dati, con forti capacità analitiche
- Essere in grado di lavorare sotto pressione, avere un atteggiamento flessibile ed essere un buon team-player
Stage di 6 mesi a partire da aprile 2024, posizione basata a Milano (lavoro ibrido)
