We’re seeking an analyst to help guide us in our quest. As a member of our Aftermarket Parts & Service team, you will focus on providing digital solutions aimed at supporting field service and our global dealer network. You will engage with OEM, distributor, and dealer customers to ensure Kohler Engines is exceeding their service system needs. Moreover, assisting the Director
- Aftermarket Parts & Service, you will maintain software vendor relationships and identify the next generation of digital tools and systems that will enable Kohler Engines to best to compete in the future.
**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:
Ensure all service systems are properly supporting dealers and end-user needs
Participate and stay connected with industry organizations to drive long term improvements
Analyzes sales and service results to help develop long-term strategies to meet Kohler’s goals.
Build relationships with key OEM and distributor contacts to ensure we are satisfying needs.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years experience in OEM and/or distributor sales and service
English level: min. A1
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excel advanced level
The position will be based in EMEA Region.
