You have a passion for digital communication in all its forms? Are you communicative and creative, but also structured and analytical? You want to take the challenge to contribute to the further development of the brand in the communication channels and areas we serve? We are looking for an individual who is creative, organized, and can efficiently and effectively manage multimedia content creation in house and outside for digital touchpoints.**YOUR TASKS**
- Responsibility of the yearly roadmap and ad hoc requests for digital multimedia contents
- Coordinating the production team inhouse (camera, editing, postproduction) or suppliers from briefing to delivery
- Creating moodboards for internal and external digital content shoots
- Creating storyboards for digital content production in collaboration with the team
- Evaluating when to leverage existing materials or initiate ad hoc production (assesses internal or external capabilities)
- Ensuring clarity for all stakeholders on brief, objectives, and criteria for evaluation
- Responsibility of the textual content creation to support audio-visual outputs
- Supporting the team with customer requests for communication materials
- Filling the DAM toolbox (Digital Asset Platform) and PIM

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Degree in communication and/or digital media or similar education
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in communication agencies or in communication departments within companies
Experience in project and team leading
- Knowledge of standard software (MS Office & Teams), insights into video editor software an advantage
- Enthusiasm for consumer goods marketing in general and especially for food&beverage brands
- Strong creative skills, interest for digital communication and new trends in terms of media, content and formats
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus
