**Job Description**:
This is a new central European role. You will work with Country Managers, Directors and HR teams spread across 15 countries. Our collaboration is characterized by helpfulness, mutual respect, and trust. Through the various interfaces, you will gain interesting insights into all Learning & Development and HR areas. You will report to the Europe HR Director.
- Work with the regional HR Director and management team to agree the L&D strategy for Europe, aligned to our Purpose and Vision 2025, take overall responsibility for the implementation across the Europe region, including communication to the Board and our people.
- Create learning formats using the latest learning trends, eg. gamification - from early careers through to experienced professionals, to include the development and launch of internal and customized training initiatives.
- Advise and support for and with performance management and career development related matters.
- Produce customised training needs analysis, skills matrix and gap assessment, by division, working closely with the Directors.
- Work closely with the Directors and Sector Leads to identify and implement training required for the growth areas of the business, such as boot-camp programmes or sector specific training
- Work with the Global L&D Manager to tailor and deploy global initiatives in the Europe business and share with the wider business where appropriate.
- Drive various projects in line with global and regional L&D initiatives. This includes piloting new global approaches and supporting their rollout as well as sharing content with the global learning team.
- Monitor the quality of learning solutions by analysing feedback, assessing the impact and improving the offering where needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, work psychology, educational science, or a comparable field.
- Three to five years of professional experience in learning and development in an international corporate environment or consultancy.
- Specialist knowledge and experience in the development of concepts for learning & development as well as talent management, content design and processes; Familiar with trends and technologies in this area.
- Skilled at developing innovative concepts by observing industry trends and using customer-oriented approaches.
- High level of training design, conceptual, and project management skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to adapt them to different levels of seniority.
- You work independently and effectively, partnering with stakeholders across functions and practice areas.
- You’re strongly results-oriented and able to take ownership of plans and see them through to completion.
- You have excellent organizational skills paired with a strong analytical mindset
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
