- In Eni siamo alla ricerca di una/un **Energy Transition Innovation Expert** che, all’interno di Plenitude, si occuperà di sviluppare un osservatorio dei trend chiave nel settore dell'energy utility, inclusi i cambiamenti normativi, comportamentali e le tecnologie digitali attraverso ricerche e analisi approfondite, il monitoraggio costante di diversi fonti dati e l’interazione con le funzioni interne rilevanti.

**Plenitude Società Benefit** (**nuova identità di Eni gas e luce) controllata da Eni, è presente sul mercato con un modello di business che combina la produzione di energia da fonti rinnovabili, vendita di gas, luce e servizi energetici a clienti privati e business con una rete capillare di punti di ricarica per veicoli elettrici in costante espansione.
- Attualmente fornisce energia a milioni di clienti nel mercato retail in tutta Europa, grazie ad un cospicuo portafoglio di GW di capacità rinnovabile in esercizio. Entro il 2030, per traguardare gli sfidanti obiettivi di decarbonizzazione, si pone l’obiettivo di raggiungere oltre 15 GW ed aumentare il numero dei punti di ricarica per i veicoli.

**Plenitude** è presente in Italia, Francia, Grecia, Slovenia, Spagna, Portogallo, Regno Unito, Norvegia, Stati Uniti, Kazakistan e Australia.

**All’interno del team di Innovation e Business Development ti occuperai di**:

- Gestire la mappatura, l’analisi, la costruzione e la presentazione al top management di report, dati e insight di mercato rilevanti per comprendere meglio gli sviluppi e le trasformazioni del settore, nonché le implicazioni strategiche per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di piano
- Supportare il team nella definizione di una roadmap di innovazione e nello sviluppo delle opportunità individuate attraverso la valutazione dell’impatto e l’applicazione di strumenti, di innovazione aperta, più idonei per stimolare l’ideazione e l’implementazione di soluzioni o l’avvio di nuovi modelli di business
- Valutare l’impatto strategico dei cambiamenti e dell’evoluzione di frontiera del mercato energetico predisponendo business plan (pre-assessment del mercato potenziale, technology landscaping, benchmarking etc.)
- Collaborare con il top management delle unità di business per identificare e prioritizzare le esigenze di cambiamento sulla base dei trend identificati e sviluppare report e analisi su misura per supportare le decisioni strategiche
- Comunicare in modo efficace i risultati delle analisi e le implicazioni al top management attraverso presentazioni chiare e concise
- Selezionare e utilizzare gli strumenti e le metodologie di innovazione aperta più idonei per la generazione di idee, per la ricerca di soluzioni in risposta ai trend e ai bisogni di cambiamento delle business unit
- Interagire con i diversi stakeholder (interni ed esterni) per sviluppare sinergie e coordinare il lancio di nuove iniziative

**Questa è l’opportunità per te se rispondi a questi requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche o ingegneristiche. Saranno presi in considerazione titoli di studio differente a fronte di significativa esperienza nell’ambito
- Minimo 3 anni di esperienza nell’ambito, preferibilmente maturata in società di consulenza strategica, energetica e/o di servizi di innovazione aperta con focus sul verticale energia oppure in aziende corporate energetiche in funzioni strategy, innovation, digital transformation
- Conoscenza approfondita dei trend della transizione energetica e delle tecnologie digitali che impattano il settore energetico (rinnovabili, retail, mobilità elettrica)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
