**Obiettivo generale**

La figura di Field Service Coordinator Fire sarà responsabile della gestione delle attività quotidiane dei nostri tecnici in termini di programmazione, pianificazione e coordinamento. Le attività includeranno il supporto al cliente e la gestione delle richieste con la massima dedizione ed efficienza.

La figura riporterà al Service Operations Manager, e sarà parte della divisione Tyco Integrated Solutions, leader nel business Fire.

**Responsabilità principali**
- Assicurare il miglior servizio di supporto al cliente attraverso un’efficace pianificazione dei tecnici
- Piena responsabilità dell’operato del team di tecnici affinché si assicuri la miglior Customer Experience possibile
- Monitorare turni di lavoro, formazione e pianificazione ferie per assicurarsi che i processi interni siano rispettati
- Responsabilità per la gestione puntuale e precisa delle richieste di cliente padroneggiando una piena comprensione delle necessità di cliente, di business, di processi e di tutti gli strumenti usati per soddisfare tutte le necessità
- Guidare il team all’eccellenza operativa attraverso un attento monitoraggio dei KPI e la reportistica

**Il profilo che cerchiamo**
- **Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e festività**:

- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni di lavoro in una posizione similare
- Esperienza pregressa come responsabile di Team con abilità di team building
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione, ed al contempo garantire che vengano rispettate le scadenze
- Eccellenti capacità di negoziazione e di comunicazione sia scritte che orali
- Capacità analitiche, interpersonali, di Team e pensiero strategico
- Capacità di seguire le procedure e comunicare con colleghi di ogni livello
- Fluente in italiano, buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che orale
- Competenze informatiche di base sono indispensabili
