Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951, part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is looking for a **Lanvin Group Legal Counsel** to be based in our HQs offices in Milan (MI).

**Posizione**:

- providing routine general legal support for Sergio Rossi;
- contracts’ drafting: real estate, franchising, distribution, supply, collaboration, intercompany and for all company departments;
- brand portfolio management with the support of external consultants;
- corporate secretariat and support to internal and external authorities;
- management of the company’s insurance portfolio;
- Support to the company’s DPO regarding privacy issues’ management;
- providing preliminary legal advice for Lanvin Group (including brands) in relation to Italian law;
- assisting Lanvin Group on intra-group transaction projects (and new acquisitions, if any) in Italy;
- participating in and providing local support for Lanvin Group internal control/internal audit projects in Italy.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- At least 3/5 years of experience in fashion contexts or at least 5 years of experience in a law firm with an international vision
- Excellent command of the Italian and English languages, good knowledge of French will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools
- Previous experience of managing Legal processes
- Strong relational skills, proactiveness and passion for business
- Confidentiality, flexibility, attention to details, multi-cultural approach
