Il nostro cliente è una importante realtà internazionale, di riferimento nella sua categoria che annovera tra i suoi clienti tutte le principali aziende in ambito cosmetico, food&beverage.
- Pianificare e implementare un'analisi strategica del business con un piano di crescita aumentando la vitalità commerciale e monitorando i KPI definiti;
- Esplorare e promuovere nuove partnership e/o canali di vendita e/o strumenti per generare contatti commerciali e far crescere il business, promuovendo al contempo l'immagine aziendale;
- Definire obiettivi strategici a breve, medio e lungo termine per migliorare il posizionamento dell'azienda nel mercato di riferimento e la sua reputazione;
- Sviluppare contatti clienti e nuovi account promuovendo l'azienda migliorando l'esperienza e la soddisfazione del cliente, rafforzando la fidelizzazione;
- Predisporre le previsioni annuali di vendita dell'area geográfica di competenza, in termini di volumi e fatturato, pianificando anche gli obiettivi delle figure commerciali assegnate all'area, con attività di previsione e controllo dei dati su base periodica;
- Gestire direttamente i principali clienti e supervisionare l'attività delle figure commerciali assegnate all'area sul proprio portafoglio clienti, monitorando e rispettando le attività di pre e post vendita
- Analizzare le strategie di mercato e mantenere una conoscenza approfondita delle condizioni attuali sia del contesto aziendale che di prodotto, monitorando costantemente l'andamento delle vendite, le offerte attuali e le posizioni dei clienti, includendo anche quei KPI legati alla redditività dell'area geográfica;
- Partecipare attivamente alla scelta delle strategie e dei nuovi prodotti da sviluppare, contribuendo alla creazione di un marketing mix efficace.

**Competenze ed esperienza**:

- Esperienza di almeno 4/5 anni in ruoli Export nel settore FMCG
- Esperienza nella region APMEA attraverso la gestione di distributori
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua
- Flessibilità a trasferte nel territorio assegnato (APMEA)
- Ottime doti comunicative
- Ottime doti analitiche
