Aon on Suomen johtava yritysjohtajien neuvonantaja riskienhallinnassa, henkilöstöeduissa ja vakuuttamisessa. Suunnittelemme ja ostamme suomalaisten yritysten riskeille turvaa vuosittain kymmenien miljardien eurojen arvosta. Aonissa työskentelee maailmanlaajuisesti noin 50 000 henkilöä yli 120 maassa.

Haemme asiakaspäällikköä pysyvään työsuhteeseen hoitamaan suomalaisten keskisuurten yritysten asiakassuhdetta ja vakuutusohjelmia. Työtehtäviisi kuuluvat kokonaisvaltainen asiakkuuden hoito, johon liittyy kansainvälisten ja kotimaisten vakuutusohjelmien rakentaminen, implementointi ja uudistukset yhdessä vakuutuslajiasiantuntijoiden kanssa, asiakkaan neuvonta vakuutuksiin ja vahinkoihin liittyvissä asioissa sekä lisämyynti. Tukenasi ovat maailman suurimman vakuutusmeklaritoimijan asiantuntijaverkostot ja osaaminen.

We are looking for an Account Manager for a permanent employment relationship to manage the customer relationship and insurance programs of Finnish medium-sized companies. Your tasks include comprehensive customer relationship management, which involves building, implementing and reforming international and domestic insurance programs together with insurance class experts, advising the customer in matters related to insurance and claims, and additional sales. You will be supported by the expert networks and expertise of the world's largest insurance brokerage operator.

To succeed in this task, you need:
Customer-oriented mindset

Experience in the insurance industry

Initiative and a brisk approach to work

Advantage of experience in sales work and sales mindset

Fluent teamwork and interaction skills

Fluent written and oral skills in English

Adaptability in fast-paced work

An applicable university of applied sciences or university degree
