We're headquartered in Milan, Italy, where you’ll find most of our employees but the teams you'll work with areas across Europe and the UK.
In addition, the Enterprise Manager will also be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, account plans, and methodologies to accelerate customer adoption and meet customer acquisition, revenue attainment, and growth goals. They will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in prospective and existing customers, as well as managing the sales pipeline via CRM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support the relationship and principal projects with premium automotive companies and OEMs based in Europe (mostly in Italy)
- Customer-facing account manager for a portfolio of Automotive OEM and Enterprise customers, orchestrating delivery and support initiatives on MotorK SaaS solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create and execute sales strategies, account plans, methodologies, and processes to accelerate customer adoption and meet customer acquisition, revenue attainment, and/or growth goals.
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, specifically CxOs in prospective and existing customers, and establish relationships for MotorK senior executives.
- Manage the sales pipeline via CRM
- Directly interface with prospective customers to facilitate all stages of a sale
- Become a trusted advisor to customers in order to assist in closing business and ensure customer retention.
- Responsible for driving and enhancing revenue by properly identifying customer requirements and establishing how MotorK can help customers achieve their objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in account management and sales in the automotive industry with OEMs and Fleet Companies
- Digital Marketing background
- Experience in Project/Program Management
- Previous experience in CRM and SaaS contest
- Knowledge and passion for automotive retail distribution
- Able to identify and tap potential clients and able to understand their needs
- Ability to handle pressure situations and work in a target-oriented environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of another language is a plus)
- Good analysing skills
