L'obiettivo di Yara è svolgere un ruolo di leadership nel settore dell'agricoltura, contribuendo alla crescita "verde" e allo sviluppo sostenibile. Forniamo soluzioni a 360° basate sulle conoscenze che consentono di migliorare la produttività agricola, salvaguardia ambientale e rispondono anche alle problematiche della sicurezza alimentare e del cambiamento climatico.

Per il reparto Marketing and Agronomy cerchiamo una risorsa per il Nord Italia, con preferenza per coloro che risiedono o sono disponibili a trasferirsi in Nord Italia.

**Responsabilità**:

- Agisce attivamente per l’implementazione della strategia di Yara Sales & Marketing nella zona di competenza
- Segue e sviluppa le attività assegnate e condivise con il proprio superiore all’interno dell’area Marketing and Agronomy, in particolare sviluppando contenuti condivisibili sulle diverse piattaforme Social Media di Yara
- Partecipa attivamente e coordina le attività di sviluppo degli strumenti digitali di Yara: strumenti digitali e Apps
- Collabora con i Sales Agronomist nel supportare i distributori di zona in attività di marketing
- Partecipa e supporta i Sales Agronomist nello sviluppo di eventi e comunicazioni con gli Agricoltori.
- Verifica e propone un miglior/nuovo collocamento sul mercato dei prodotti Yara
- Individua e sviluppa contatti con Stakeholder Istituzionali e privati
- Si impegna in indagini di mercato riguardo le variazioni di pratiche colturali, tendenza dei consumi, attività relative all’agricoltura 4.0., attività di marketing dei concorrenti al fine di mitigare l’impatto sul programma di vendita.
- Supporta il team Sales e Marketing nella stesura dei piani di comunicazione online e offline
- Sviluppa e segue il piano di Trials annuale relativo alla propria zona di competenza
- Redige piani di concimazione per coltura e per area

**Profilo**:

- Laurea in Agraria o esperienza equivalente
- Abilità relazionali e comunicative
- Capacità di lavorare sia in ufficio che in pieno campo
- Capacità di lavorare sia in squadra che in autonomia
- Conoscenza dei sistemi Informatici (Pacchetto Office) e dell’agricoltura 4.0
- Propensione all’uso di piattaforme digitali e Social Media
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Patente di guida B
