**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Principali attività e responsabilità**:
La figura ricercata lavorerà nell’area HR Talent Acquisition & Development.

Si interfaccia internamente con la Direzione, con tutte le funzioni della sede centrale e le filiali e con l’Headquarter del Gruppo. Esternamente si interfaccia con consulenti, fornitori ed enti.

Nello specifico si occupa delle seguenti attività:
**Talent Acquisition - Ricerca e Selezione**:

- Gestione dei processi di **ricerca **e **selezione **, attraverso il costante utilizzo del sistema HR di Gruppo dedicato **Workday**
- Raccolta delle richieste di staffing dell’azienda e definizione di strategie di recruiting, identificando i **canali di **recruiting **più adeguati.
- Costruzione di solide partnership con i fornitori esterni quali **società di ricerca e selezione **, **società di somministrazione **e di **executive search **.
- Gestione di progetti di **Talent Acquisition ed Employer Branding **(es. scuole e università
- Aggiornamento dei **processi e procedure di ricerca e selezione **, ove richiesto, supportando costantemente i manager nella corretta implementazione.
- Gestione ed elaborazione della reportistica e dei KPI relativi agli ambiti Talent Acquisition
- Ricerca e Selezione.
- Monitoraggio dei relativi costi e gestione spese di competenze, attraverso il gestionale SAP.
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in ambito giuridico/ economico/ umanistico con una **specializzazione e/o master in Human Resources.**
- **Esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni maturata in ambito Talent Acquisition & Recruiting **presso aziende multinazionali, società di consulenza o agenzie di selezione.
- Passione per il mondo Human Resources.
- Positività, curiosità e voglia di mettersi in gioco.
- Flessibilità e proattività nel perseguire gli obiettivi.
- Capacità organizzative ed accuratezza nella gestione dell'attività lavorativa.
- Ottime doti relazionali, comunicative, di ascolto e capacità di instaurare proficui rapporti lavorativi a tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione.
- Teamwork.
- **Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office**
- **Ottimo livello di Inglese (scritto e parlato)**
- Automunito/a
