**Warehouse Operations and Automation Specialist**
Ti occuperai di progetti e di attività relative al disegno di impianti e sistemi automatici ed al coordinamento e monitoraggio delle attività operative di magazzino.
**Il ruolo**
- Collaborare al dimensionamento ed al disegno di aree di magazzino ed impianti di picking secondo i trend ed i requisiti del business aziendale e le soluzioni tecnologiche disponibili sul mercato.
- Partecipare allo sviluppo ed alla gestione di progetti di automazione nell’ambito dei sistemi di picking e material handling, applicando in maniera efficace le logiche ed i principi del Project Management ed operando all’interno di team internazionali e cross-funzionali.
- Partecipare allo sviluppo di Business Case relativi alle iniziative progettuali individuate.
- Effettuare analisi di dati in ambito Operations ed Automation, secondo i principi dell’Operational Excellence, individuando le root cause ed i fattori chiave alla base dei processi analizzati.
- Contribuire al raggiungimento e al superamento dei livelli di produttività e qualità target dei Centri di Distribuzione, attraverso il continuo ed attivo monitoraggio dei KPI, supportando le strutture operative nell’ottimizzazione delle attività e nella risoluzione delle problematiche.
- Proporre e collaborare a progetti di miglioramento continuo strutturati secondo i principi del Six Sigma e della Operational Excellence (DMAIC, DMADV).
- Partecipare allo sviluppo delle stime per la definizione dei budget relativi alle aree di interesse della funzione (Handling, Packaging, Automation Maintenance).

***Requisiti**
Requisiti: Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o Gestionale 1-2 anni di esperienza pregressa in ruoli funzionali alla posizione Padronanza delle tecniche e strumenti di Project Management Esperienza in dipartimento tecnico/operativo di azienda operante nel settore logistico, che utilizzi impianti di automazione per stoccaggio o preparazione ordini Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua spagnola sarà considerata un plus.
