System Requirements Manager

**What’s the role about?**

We are hiring an System Requirements Manager to join our Engineering team, supporting the ePowertrain (ePT) Business Unit. The role is based in Bruneck (Italy) and is reporting into the Team Leader of System Requirements Engineering. In this Role you are managing the requirements engineering process in a change-controlled environment, for the life of the programme, in-line with the ASPICE® compliant GKN engineering processes for eDrive and AWD systems. Ensures planning, monitoring and corrective measures to create and maintain system requirements.

**What will you do?**
- First contact of Requirement Engineering for System Lead, Change, Problem and Quality Managers for major projects
- Effort estimation for requirements engineering tasks
- Assignment of requirements engineering team resources
- Analyse change request
- Maintain content of requirements management database
- Monitor and report progress to system lead
- Contribute to defining Metric and KPIs
- Maintain formal document quality by analysis of attributes and traces of StRS and SyRS
- Lead system requirements reviews, support approval process
- Constantly be informed about requirements analysis process
- Follow up quality issues raised by Quality Management and assessments
- Guide junior requirements managers to perform effort estimation and ressource assignment
