**What’s the role about?**

We are hiring a Global Manufacturing Process Development Manager - Assembly to join our Global Manufacturing Engineering team, supporting the ePowertrain (ePT) Business Unit. The role is based in Bruneck (Italy) and is reporting into the Senior Manager Manufacturing Development. In this Role you are responsible for development & standardization of Assembly Process Technologies, applied to industrialization of ePowertrain products. You will add Manufacturing Know How and expertise from concept phase until commissioning phase of series assembly lines and will act as crossfunctional interface between Product Engineering, Suppliers and Global Manufacturing in reference to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities and will screen industrials peers for updates and innovation in Process Technology.

**What will you do?**

Develop
- And release Assembly Process Solutions: crossfunctional alignment of Process Specs & Requirements
- Best Practice Assembly Concepts: Process sequence, Automation, Layout, Reuse & Flexibility,

Drive
- Problem Solving & Continuous improvement activities

Implement
- Innovative Assembly Process Technologies
- Assembly Process Standards, by acting in close collaboration with local industrialization teams

Support
- Quotation team in preparation of Invest, Tooling, Capacity, Process-costs for new business opportunities
- Know-how transfer to global sites

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering field or mature work experience from comparable technical field
- Good understanding of Assembly Process Technologies
- Team Player characteristics
- Capability to lead, manage and act a global matrix network
- High level of self-initiative and self-organization skills
- Systematic problem-solving skills
- Project management skills
- Smart communication skills
- Fluent English (in spoken and written)
