**Mission**:
The Inside Sales Representative serves as a liaison between customers, field sales representatives and themanufacturing facility. This position entails following up and handling all customer inquiries taking into account their specific requirements, the market features and the sales strategy.

MAIN TASKS:

- Prepare and respond to customer request for quotes
- Increase the number of orders thanks to the follow-up of quotes
- Ensure compliance of orders with the commercial terms and conditions offered
- Enter and manage orders in the ERP system
- Seek and communicate new business opportunities to the field sales representatives and any other corresponding department
- Handle customer complaints
- Use established resources and interact with marketing, SCM, and product line team leaders to provide responses, product information and proposals to customer requests

**Profil**:

- +3 years of experience in Customer Care, Pre-sales
- Bachelor Degree/High School Diploma in Accounting/AdministrationEconomics/Humanities
- English Proficiency
- PC lieterate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP sales
