At LEO Pharma we have a clear reward strategy and over the past years we have implemented and/or globalized our core processes.- You will take part in driving, designing and supporting the optimization and execution of existing as well as new reward initiatives to help attract, motivate and retain employees.
In Performance & Rewards you will get the opportunity to shape the future and help people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care.**Your role**
- Co-develop and project manage global frameworks, policies and programs together with the team.
- Perform benchmarking and do market analysis for key positions.
- Support/lead one or more global reward processes end-to-end - e.g., the global annual salary review process.
- Prepare analysis and reports for the Global Leadership Team and support with Executive Remuneration and Remuneration Committee work.
- Provide analytics and cost modelling of compensation programs and much more.
- Strong analytical skills and opportunity to build your knowledge of rewards management in a global context.

**Your qualifications**
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience with rewards management and executive compensation.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics or similar.
- Proven track record of delivering killer analytics in a complex environment.
- Curious by nature, you have strong analytical skills, are passionate about HR, and enjoy team work.
- Advanced Excel skills, good knowledge of PowerPoint.
- You have a natural interest in working with numbers and data - translating it into findings and key messages.
- Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English.-
