Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Global Graduate Procurement program in Rome. As a Procurement Graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop exceptional commercial skills, work on global projects, and contribute to our sustainable procurement strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial skills through our Procurement Graduate Program, fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in.
  • Prepare for a managerial role under the supervision of a dedicated Coach & Mentor to accelerate your career development.
  • Join our Indirect Procurement team and bring your value into negotiations and strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and our sustainable procurement strategy.
  • Work on the world stage – International exposure and experience to apply your imagination to big, global projects, as we streamline supply chains, integrate and transform our processes for the Better.

Requirements

  • Have an university degree or equivalent (Engineering, Economics, Commerce or similar) max 3 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences.
  • Have strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack- especially Excel and Power Point knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
  • Be internationally mobile.
  • Have positive and constructive attitude.
  • Be driven and ambitious.
  • Be an inspiring and engaging individual, curious and have empathy.
  • Speak English fluently.
