An exciting opportunity awaits for a Global Graduate in Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Our Procurement Graduate Program is designed to cultivate outstanding commercial acumen, providing a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics. Over an 18-month period, you will be groomed for a managerial position under the guidance of a dedicated Coach & Mentor, facilitating your career advancement. By joining the Indirect Procurement team, you will have the chance to contribute significantly to negotiations, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and our sustainable procurement initiatives. This role offers international exposure, allowing you to apply your creativity to large-scale global projects as we enhance supply chains and transform our processes for improvement.

Desired Qualifications:

A university degree or equivalent in fields such as Engineering, Economics, Commerce, or related disciplines, with a maximum of 3 years of relevant work or internship experience. Strong analytical abilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Demonstrated intercultural competencies gained from international experiences or diverse backgrounds. Willingness to relocate internationally. A positive, constructive mindset. Driven and ambitious nature. An inspiring and engaging personality, with curiosity and empathy. Proficiency in English.
