We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Finance Graduate with French language skills to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process data for new orders and order modifications, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Create billing invoices and credit notes, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Be the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support and manage dispute resolution, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain the master data of our customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Finance-related subjects.
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, with high proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines, with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a team environment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
