Key Responsibilities- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Create billing invoices and credit notes, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters, providing exceptional customer service.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Be the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support and manage dispute resolution, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain the master data of our customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate proactively with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring seamless communication.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or finance-related subjects.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Effective time management to meet deadlines, with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
- A team player who enjoys working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
