Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Graduate with excellent French language skills to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a Finance Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, monitoring compliance with company policies
  • Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes
  • Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters
  • Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, providing exceptional customer service
  • Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting and managing dispute resolution
  • Maintain the master data of our customers, communicating proactively with clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, with excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines, with a positive attitude and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion, with a team player mentality
