Tn Italy, a leading provider of campervan rentals, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern. Our company is dedicated to making road trips accessible to everyone, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

We're looking for a university student or recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As an International Operations Intern, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our guests, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and handling front-office and back-office activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and upsell road trip extras.
  • Operations Handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras, and maintain the campervans in top condition.
  • Quality Control: Identify and address any maintenance or repair needs, and ensure the campervans are always in excellent condition.
  • Support Activities: Assist the team in monitoring the existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Requirements

  • Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with a work permit and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
