We are excited to present an opportunity for a Global Graduate in Procurement based in Rome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Our Procurement Graduate Program is designed to cultivate exceptional commercial acumen, enabling you to grasp the intricacies of the market.
  • Over an 18-month period, you will be groomed for a managerial position with the guidance of a dedicated Coach & Mentor, accelerating your career trajectory.
  • As part of the BAT Indirect Procurement team, you will have the chance to contribute to negotiations, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and our sustainable procurement initiatives.
  • This role offers international exposure, allowing you to apply your creativity to significant global projects as we enhance supply chains and transform our processes for improvement.

What We Seek:

  • A university degree or equivalent in fields such as Engineering, Economics, or Commerce, with a maximum of 3 years of relevant work or internship experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Intercultural competencies gained from international experiences or diverse backgrounds.
  • Willingness to relocate internationally.
  • A positive, constructive mindset.
  • Ambition and drive.
  • An inspiring, engaging personality, with curiosity and empathy.
  • Fluency in English.
