**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the investment management industry, leveraging a strong network and in-depth market knowledge.
- Drive sales initiatives and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Axyon AI's products, demonstrating a thorough understanding of AI’s role in financial services.
- Provide insights to the product and AI teams, bridging the gap between client needs and our innovative solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to formulate strategic sales plans.
- Represent Axyon AI at industry events, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership in AI investment solutions.
- Collect and analyse clients' feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings continually.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong sales background with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the investment management industry.
- A solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and a good understanding of the sales process.
- Strategic mindset with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Existent network and a proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
- Hands-on and deal making attitude.
- Excellent command of the main country language, English (C2 level); additional languages are a bonus.
