Marketing and Administrative Officer

To reinforce our team in Italy we want to welcome a highly organized and proactive marketing and Office Coordinator. This role ensures the relevance and presence of Goodman marketing across Europe and manages day-to-day office tasks for commercial and property services to support our Italian team. You excel in a dynamic environment and you can handle diverse tasks effectively?
More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity:
Marketing Coordination:
- Review and validate local language of written marketing production
- Keep duly and timely updated the Italian version of the corporate website
- Identify relevant local media, partners and features as local media contact
- Represent Goodman CE marketing in Italy (SPOC) Enhance 3 D renders and business presentations according to Goodman CE marketing standards.
Office Management:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and inbound calls.
- Follow up on supplier invoices: payment status, manage correspondence, internal approvals.
- Scan, file and archive original contracts, bank guarantees, and other important documents.
- Input/coding of Purchase orders in admin system.
- Address IT issues and manage office supplies.
Team Assistance:
- Organize team meetings and local networking events
- Arrange travel and restaurant bookings
- Administrative follow up: creating folders, filing for incoming land/leads opportunities
- Prepare mailing lists and support event coordination for various departments.
Health & Safety:
- Promote office wellbeing by organizing internal events and team-building activities.
**Do you recognize yourself?**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, office management, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian
- Advanced MS-Office skills and understanding of corporate accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and interested in new or better ways of working.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with local media landscape and marketing practices.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in an office environment.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
