Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Car Fleet Management **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Whole Vehicle Testing Management & Vehicle Physics **and functionally to the to the **Fleet management Coordinator.**

You will be responsible to manage the car fleet in medium-short period.

You will be responsible to perform the following activities:

- To plan proto construction with prototype workshop and protoshop planner
- To collect info from proto Builder to adjust short period proto plan
- To define a medium-short period rework plan with prototype workshop and protoshop planner
- To support a medium-short period plan for cars allocation
- To support Vehicle Eng in time plan/scheduling defining
- To monitor car allocation (R&D department) and location
- To support Car Fleet Coordinator for DVP design
- To manage loan agreement
- To manage contact-order for benchmark cars
- To manage order for production car

**Testing activities on car, in compliance with Company Policy 0007**:

- To drive and evaluate vehicles
- To perform standard check test

**About you**
- Master University Degree in Management or Technical Engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience in automotive companies
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Knowledge of car architecture and parts
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Fleet management SWs
- Goal oriented
- Strong communication skills and team working
- Organizational skills
- Patient and flexible
- Problem solving
