**Job Description**:
- Our Mission_
- How you will contribute_- Complete, monitor and progress all client related tasks, queries, and issues to the highest standard- Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met, and where not possible, appropriate escalation is completed.- Maintain knowledge of all team SLA’s and appropriate/immediate escalation to the team manager if SLA exceptions are identified.- Support in promoting a good working relationship with internal departments ensuring regular feedback is provided to team manager.- Provide high quality service to clients- Participate in special projects as assigned by team manager- Monitor with regular reports the client service activity.
- Who you are_- Master’s degree- Fluent in English and Italian,- Proficient in Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel- Strong oral and written communication, and time management skills- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment- Problem-solving and client relationship skills- Strong interpersonal skills, goals oriented- Familiarity with e-commerce will be a plus- A previous experience in client service for the luxury industry will be a plus- Detail-oriented, self-starter and team-worker
