Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join our team, reporting directly to the Sales Director. This role is essential in overseeing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives across all retail channels, aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and implement CRM strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Segment the customer database to target specific demographics, proposing and executing tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze customer insights to uncover trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Retail Operations, to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge success and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Engage with retail management and store teams to address all CRM-related needs and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and best practices in managing customer information.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding CRM performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Client-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management, particularly within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English; additional languages are advantageous.
