Sysdata is expanding into the Salesforce space, and we are looking for a Salesforce Specialist to join our fast-paced and established team who demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and capabilities to design and build high-performance solutions for business requirements received from a client or prospect in each of our initiatives on the Salesforce platform. He/she will be responsible for translating requirements into functional and technical proposals in order to create & deliver in a timely and accurate fashion, business and technical strategies for the opportunities that we are working on considering our added value offer in Globant along with the suite of Salesforce products and other Studios.

**Major Job Functions**
- Designing transformational technology solutions and working directly with customers to meet their business requirements in accordance with Salesforce best practices.
- Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.
- Work with Globant´s account teams to understand customer business issues and pain points.
- Understand key customer implementation issues, conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs), and lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level.
- Participate and lead design sessions with customers and internal teams
- Write comprehensive design specifications, including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
- Create technical documentation like solution design documents and technical design documents
- Serve as the platform expert and coach team members when needed.
- Collaborate with Globant´s Studios in shaping, scoping, defining, planning, and reviewing solutions for customers/prospects where the Salesforce platform could be involved.
- Serving as an active contributor to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the community.
- Oversee and facilitate the research around the Salesforce new releases
- Ability to conduct the relationship between Globant and Salesforce stakeholders in the Italian territory

- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Capability to build consensus through negotiations and factual data aligned with the architectural principle
- Ability to confidently and effectively facilitates and presents; keep audiences engaged and deliver a clear and memorable message

**Knowledge**:

- Strong knowledge of concepts of Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API
- Understanding of Salesforce Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and the ability to identify use cases to leverage the proper solution option.
- Specializes in gathering and analyzing information and designing comprehensive technical solutions that are flexible and adaptable to the client's needs.

**Accountability**:

- Evangelize Salesforce approaches in the region
- Build relationships with business partners, internal and external, and contribute to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single customer engagement.
- Cutting edge innovator who continually studies new Salesforce releases and functionalities, and is involved in projects that push the capabilities of the platform.
- Provide recommendations on technology to meet our clients' business and technical objectives.

**Education & Experience**:

- BS degree in Computer Science or Systems Information.
- 5+ years experience in developing technology solutions.
- 5+ years experience in consulting practice providing business consulting services and systems development.
