We are recruiting for an experienced **People Partner **based in **Gallarate **(VA).

Reporting directly to the Director People Partner for Wound Care - EMEA, you'll be at the forefront of driving our people agenda in partnership with the Italy business leaders. Your role is pivotal in shaping organizational culture, fostering leadership excellence, and ensuring alignment with our core values and global standards.
